Your CV will be kept in  database for a period of 6 months. After this period, your CV will be deleted from our records unless you re-submit an updated version or request that we retain it for a longer period.

Submission of a CV does not guarantee employment or an invitation for an interview. EKSEWA reserves the right to assess, reject, or take no action on any submitted CV at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued submission of CVs will signify your acceptance of any modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Punjab. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the submission of CVs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, Punjab.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKSEWA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the submission of your CV.
